This gut renovation of one floor of a historic cast-iron building in SoHo, completed in 2016, creates a feeling of openess without compromising privacy. Frameless, full-height glass walls parallel the windows to maximize daylight and views for the center of the space, while perpendicular solid walls create discrete meeting rooms and offices.
