Founding principal​

Anne is a licensed architect in Colorado and New York and a LEED Accredited Professional with 13 years of diverse project experience.
After earning a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin, she began her career in New York City as part of Christoff:Finio Architecture & later Rogers Partner Architects & Urban Designers, where she worked on residential, commercial, educational and cultural projects, including adaptive reuse of historic structures. Later as Project Director at Lake|Flato Architects in San Antonio, she designed ground-up projects on university campuses, as well as residential, civic, master planning and hospitality projects.
She also coordinated Lake|Flato's internal research program, focused on building collective knowledge around ecologically and socially sustainable design practices, work which led her to pursue a research master’s in urban geography at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in Mexico City.

Her love for backpacking and trail running in the San Juans and Sangres drew her to the San Luis Valley, where she and her partner have channeled their design and construction experience into building a small cabin. Recently she worked as Senior Project Architect for Spencer Architecture Studio in Alamosa, where her clients included Center School District, Sierra Grande School District, Alamosa County 12th Judicial Circuit, and Alamosa Mosquito Control District, among others.

Anne es arquitecta licenciada en Colorado y Nueva York y Profesional Acreditada LEED con 13 años de experiencia en diversos proyectos.
Después de licenciarse en Arquitectura por la Universidad de Texas en Austin, comenzó su carrera en New York City como parte de Christoff:Finio Architecture & posteriormente Rogers Partner Architects & Urban Designers, donde trabajó en proyectos residenciales, comerciales, educativos y culturales, incluyendo la reutilización adaptativa de estructuras históricas. Luego, como Directora de Proyectos en Lake|Flato Architects en San Antonio, diseñó proyectos en campus universitarios, así como proyectos residenciales, cívicos, de planificación general y de hostelería.

También coordinó el programa interno de investigación de Lake|Flato, centrado en la creación de conocimiento colectivo en torno a prácticas de diseño ecológica y socialmente sostenibles, trabajo que la llevó a cursar un máster de investigación en geografía urbana en la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.

Su amor por el senderismo y el trail running en las montañas San Juan y Sangre de Cristo la llevó al Valle de San Luis, donde ella y su pareja han canalizado su experiencia en diseño y construcción en crear una pequeña cabaña. Recientemente trabajó como Arquitecta Superior de Proyectos para Spencer Architecture Studio en Alamosa, donde sus clientes incluían el Center School District, Sierra Grande School District, Alamosa County 12th Judicial Circuit, y Alamosa Mosquito Control District, entre otros.
